Dani The Driver – Terms & Conditions
Dani The Driver balances flexible conditions for clients, sustainability of the business, and
respect for the chauffeur’s time and pay. These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect
both the client and the chauffeur while ensuring clear expectations for service.
1. Event Weekend & Premium Service Notice
During major events such as Formula 1, COTA races, SXSW, ACL, and other large festivals
or holidays, premium rates and surcharges will apply. Bookings may also require longer
minimum service hours.
2. Waiting & Delay Policy
A 30-minute grace period is included with every booking. After this, waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments at the hourly rate. For flight arrivals: the grace period begins at the
scheduled pickup time. Delays caused by weather, traffic, or airline issues beyond the
chauffeur’s control is billable as waiting time.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Standard bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Airport transfers: Cancellations less than 2 hours prior to pickup are charged in full.
No-shows are charged in full.
• Long-distance or hourly bookings: Require 7 days’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling;
otherwise, the full fare applies. A 20% fee is applied to cancellations made 7+ days in
advance.
• Weather-related rescheduling: If a flight is canceled and the chauffeur is informed at least 2
hours prior, the booking may be rescheduled at no extra charge (subject to availability). If
unavailable, an 80% refund is provided.
• Event/Holiday bookings: Non-refundable once booked. If canceled 7+ days in advance, a
50% refund may be granted.
4. Driver & Vehicle Confirmation
The chauffeur’s name, direct contact number, and vehicle details will be provided at least 24
hours before service.
5. After-Hours Surcharge
Pickups scheduled between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM incur an additional 25% surcharge.
6. Luggage Policy
All luggage must be stored in the trunk; no bags are permitted inside the passenger cabin.
Standard allowance: one (1) checked-size suitcase + one (1) carry-on per passenger.
Clients must notify Dani The Driver in advance of oversized items (golf clubs, strollers,
instruments, sports equipment, etc.), which may require special approval or incur an extra
handling fee.
For the comfort and safety of all passengers, the chauffeur will load and secure luggage to
protect the vehicle.

Extra Luggage & Oversized Items
• Additional standard suitcase: $15 each
• Oversized item (golf bag, stroller, instrument, sports gear, etc.): $25 each
• Items requiring 2-person handling or taking significant extra space (e.g., bicycles, very large
boxes): $40+ each (subject to approval)
• If luggage exceeds vehicle capacity, an additional vehicle may be required at the client’s
expense.
7. Pet Policy
Small pets must travel in carriers. Dogs over 20 lbs must remain on the floor, not on the seats.
Pets must be clean and dry; muddy or wet pets may be refused transport.
8. Transportation of Minors
Transportation of minors requires written parental authorization. Children will only be released
to approved contacts designated by parents/guardians. Texas law requires children under 8
(unless taller than 4’9”) to be secured in a child safety seat. Clients must provide and check
their child’s seat installation. Dani The Driver offers storage of client-provided seats for $10
per seat, per trip (in a bag). No child seats are provided by Dani The Driver.
9. Conduct & Safety
The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse transport if any passenger engages in unsafe,
illegal, or abusive behavior. Possession or use of illegal substances will result in immediate
termination of service with no refund. Dani The Driver vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Violation results in immediate termination of service and a $300 air-system cleaning fee.
10. Vehicle Condition & Cleaning Fees
Vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each reservation. Clients are liable for
any cleaning or repairs required due to negligence. A $250 biohazard cleaning fee applies in
cases of vomit, illness, or similar incidents, with immediate termination of service.
11. Limitations of Liability
Dani The Driver is not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Clients should inspect the
vehicle before dismissal. Dani The Driver is not liable for delays or missed flights/events due
to weather, traffic, unsafe road conditions, airline delays, or mechanical failures outside of our
control.
12. Payments
Full prepayment is required for all reservations.
Accepted forms of payment:
• Cash – available upon prior approval only.
• Zelle (U.S. only) – Business account under Dani The Driver, phone: +1 682.227.0080.
• Venmo (U.S. only) – accepted for domestic clients with U.S.-based accounts.
• Credit/Debit cards – available upon request via secure payment link. A 3.5% processing fee
applies.
Payments by PayPal, checks, or international transfer services are not accepted.
13. Hourly Bookings
For chauffeur services booked by the hour, time exceeding the agreed period is charged in
one (1) hour increments. Vehicles locked/unavailable for extended periods during hourly
bookings are considered out of service and charged accordingly.
14. Communication
Official communication is via text message or WhatsApp at +1 682.227.0080. Dani The Driver
commits to notifying clients promptly of any service changes or cancellations.
15. Termination of Service
Dani The Driver reserves the right to terminate any reservation before commencement for
reasons beyond control, with a full refund of the prepaid fare. Dani The Driver reserves the
right to terminate any active service if client behavior endangers safety, violates the law, or
violates these terms.
These Terms & Conditions are intended to provide clarity, ensure safety, and maintain
fairness for both clients and chauffeur.
